Yes we regularly assist our clients in acquisitions, and when it's time to move on or liquidate we can also assist in any dispositions.
We charge a flat management fee of 9% of all rent collected. As well as half the first months rent for every new lease entered into.
We use a combination of word of mouth, our wait list, facebook marketplace, and other online listing sites to fill our vacants. Average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks with the cleanout included.
We use buildium to manage our portfolio. You will be integrated into the software as well as a personal google drive where combined you will have complete and transparent access to your assets. Everything is done on our end and you provided access to review.
Yes, we have represented plenty of clients in eviction cases and won them all. We only go to court if we are confident in a judgement for the landlord. Pennsylvania is a very landlord friendly state.
