Our Founder and current Owner/Operator. After several successful start up's Doug found his Niche with property management and real estate. Once he passed the PA Real estate exams and hung his license Valley Property was formed and grew to over 100 units in the first calendar year. Since conception we have continued to see consecutive growth each month.

After years of employment for Valley Lawncare, Chris transitioned into a leadership position with Valley Property. He now handles day to day operations at the office and in the field. If you've interacted with our company at all, chances are you know Chris. Without his commitment to this company and our tenants we would not be where we are today.

Nick Reed
Nick is a 2nd generation stone mason. After a successful early career with the US Army he went on to obtain a degree in Building Trades. From there he has taken over as project manager for all our current remodels and large multi unit construction projects. Nick is both dependable, and reliable. He is an integral part of this company and it's success.

What began as an expansion of a successful local service business has grown into a full-service property management company serving investors throughout Western Pennsylvania. Today, we manage a growing portfolio of residential rental properties while continuing to build lasting relationships with both owners and tenants.
