Our Contractors
Here at Valley Property have assembled a team of local contractors who offer competitive rates and excellent service, with a guarantee. We DO NOT have any fees tied to any contract or repair work performed. We believe in saving every dollar we can for the investors during renovations/repairs.
Tenant Relations
All communications be it phone calls, in person, by mail, e-mail or otherwise will be conducted through Valley Properties. All inbound communications will be logged online in a place where you can access it at anytime. Tenants should never contact you directly. If you wish to communicate with them you will have access to their contact info and can reach out to them.
